Biometric attendance Mandatory for all Govt offices in AP

Vijayawada, Oct 20: The AP government made installation of biometric attendance systems mandatory in all government departments also in district-level offices.
A team will be appointed to monitor and ensure the implementation of the e-office and biometric attendance systems.The bio-metric attendance would be implemented even in the teleconferences, video conferences, state-level review meetings and district-level meetings.
The government wants to inculcate discipline in the government employees and bring in accountability.
