Chandrababu launches trial run of Kia Motors

AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu has launched the trial production of KIA motors in AP on Monday in a grand ceremony which was attended by KIA Motors India MD Shim and South Korean Ambassador to India HE Shin Bongkil.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Naidu expressed his happiness over the launch and said 'KIA' would transform the face of the Ananatpur. With this, Mr. Naidu said, Anantapur will become automobile manufacturing hub of the state. He hoped that many more manufacturers will make a beeline to set up their base in the state.

Expressing satisfaction at the way the infrastructure facilities were made available to the company, Mr. Naidu said that KIA officials were astonished at the brisk pace of these facilities that were put in place. He further said that government was able to provide the required water sources of the plant within six months. Mr. Naidu prophesied that the Rayalaseem would soon turn to into a land of treasures (Ratanala Seema). Mr. Naidu while proudly announcing the progress of the state in economic sector, said that state has topped the list of ease of doing business.
