AP MPs continue protest near Parliament premises

The demand for Special Category Status(SCS) to Andhra Pradesh is continuing in the national capital. Both the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) members of Parliament have staged a protest in front of Gandhi statue in Parliament premises. They have held placards in their hands highlighting the demands of the state. They have also shouted slogans demanding for SCS and providing financial assistance the state capital region Amaravati. These parties are protesting during ongoing winter session in Parliament.
