AP Secretariat facing water leakage problem due to rains

Water Leakages in AP Secretariat has been causing embarrassment to the TDP Government which has been boasting about Worldclass Capital. This continued to happen whenever there is a heavy downpour in Velagapudi.As per media reports, Water leakages happened at Chambers of Ministers Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Devineni Uma and Amarnath Reddy in the Secretariat. The ceiling of the chambers in the 4th and 5th blocks had come out due to the heavy rains in the past two days. Water had even gone into the ACs set up in the chambers. 

Leakages were identified at few other locations in the AP Secretariat. Water logged into the Reporting Section established on the 1st Floor as well. Cleaning Staff has been busy collecting the water in buckets.CRDA Officials expressed their anguish over frequent leakages even after carrying out repairs. Who should be held responsible if CRDA itself complains?
