Janasena and CPI activist 's protests against MLA Jaleel Khan

CPI and Janasena activists staged protests separately against MLA Jaleel Khan over Jumma Masjid assets at Vijayawada One town's Imdad Ghar. They made allegations on Jaleel Khan of selling Waqf Board properties to private company for a cheaper price being Waqf Board Chairman. Protestors demanded removal of Jaleel Khan from Chairman post and to save Waqf Board property along with cancellation of lease. Police held the protestors for creating ruckus on road. Sources said, the issue raised as only Chandana Brothers has been getting the lease consecutively for 3 years.
