Opposing Prime Minister’s call to observe one-day fast over Parliament washout, the Andhra Pradesh Pratyeka Hoda Sadhana Samiti has decided to stage one-day deeksha in Vijayawada on Thursday.
To mount pressure on the Modi government for granting Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh and fulfilment of other bifurcation promises, Sadhana Samiti will observe black day from 7 to 7.30 pm on April 16 and conduct Praja Ballot across the state on April 17. A massive public meeting is planned at Rajahmundry on April 20.
